Trend Forecasting in Greece

In June 2023, I embarked on an unforgettable journey with the Marist Fashion Program, studying abroad in Athens and Santorini, Greece for three weeks. As part of a small group of students enrolled in the “Global Fashion Trends in Greece” course at Marist College, we spent the Spring 2023 semester preparing for this immersive experience. Once in Greece, we attended fashion shows, met with local designers, and explored the artistry behind handcrafted garments in historic workshops. Beyond expanding my knowledge of global fashion, this experience opened my eyes to new creative perspectives, cultural influences, and the deep-rooted history of Greek fashion. It was truly a life-changing program, exceeding every expectation and leaving an indelible mark on my journey in the fashion industry.
